About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Duals and SNP Programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive plan to serve individuals eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid. This includes establishing a dedicated team to focus on the unique needs of dual-eligible members, such as health plan administration, social needs, and care coordination. The role also involves creating and leading the Health Equity Index strategy, designing the member journey, and ensuring compliance with state and federal policies.
