Now Hiring : Executive Director Community Resources for Independent Living (CRIL) – Hayward, CA Full-Time | Exempt | On-Site | Salary : $100,000–$120,000 + Benefits CRIL is a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to supporting people with disabilities in achieving independence and full community participation. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Director to lead our Hayward office. This role oversees day-to-day operations, community engagement, fundraising, and strategic direction in partnership with the Board of Directors. Key Responsibilities : Community Advocacy & Partnerships (20–25%) Represent CRIL in local coalitions, including the Alameda County ADRC. Fundraising & Strategy (10–15%) Lead fund development, grants, and strategic planning. Program Oversight (15–20%) Ensure services align with CRIL’s mission and community needs. Staff & Operations Management (25–30%) Oversee finances, HR practices, team development, and compliance. Board Collaboration (10–15%) Ensure transparency and support effective governance.
