About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to provide strategic, financial, and operational leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing organizational policies that align with strategic goals, overseeing budget preparation and financial stability, and managing member relations to drive growth and collaboration. Key duties include coordinating Board meetings, recruiting and managing members, maintaining a member directory, and selecting a non-profit membership management system. The role also involves collaborating with third-party planners for event execution, supporting the Membership Committee, and driving business development initiatives.
Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record in budget management, capital planning, and business development. Proficiency in AI tools for administrative tasks, strong knowledge of cloud technologies, CRM systems, and experience with ERP solutions and accounting functions are essential.
