The Company is in search of an Executive Director for Regional Business Development to spearhead its growth efforts in the New England region. Applicants for the Executive Director position should hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering or business, with a minimum of 15 years' experience in the AEC industry, including at least 10 years in a leadership role. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in strategic planning, sales cycle management, and resource management. Strong analytical, communication, and team-building skills are essential, as is the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
