About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Director for Regional Business Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving commercial opportunities through strategic business development within the assigned region and providing regional leadership. Applicants for the Executive Director position should hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering or business, with a minimum of 15 years' experience in the AEC industry, including at least 10 years in a leadership capacity. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in strategic planning, sales cycle management, and resource management. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and team-building skills, and be adept at problem-solving and instilling a positive work environment.
