About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Clinical Development to join their R&D leadership team. Deep expertise in oncology clinical trial design, knowledge of regulatory requirements, and the ability to lead global regulatory interactions are essential. The role requires a strong understanding of translational medicine, clinical pharmacology, and the integration of biomarker insights into clinical development strategy. The ideal candidate will have prior leadership experience in a large pharmaceutical or biotech setting and be adept at managing budgets and resources in coordination with cross-functional teams.
