About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Clinic Operations with a strong background in healthcare business management and a proven track record in leading high-performing teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall success of the clinic, with a focus on operations, growth, financial performance, and culture. This leadership role requires a strategic mindset, the ability to exceed growth and client retention targets, and a commitment to operational excellence. The Executive Director will also be tasked with talent retention and engagement, including the hiring, development, and mentorship of staff, and will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with families, caregivers, and community stakeholders.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of operations and growth leadership experience in a high-growth service industry, particularly in healthcare, behavioral health, or education. A deep understanding of ABA therapy and/or allied health services is strongly preferred. The role demands a leader with high emotional intelligence, resilience, and an entrepreneurial mindset, who can demonstrate financial acumen and a history of driving organic growth and increasing revenue. The Executive Director will be the primary driver of local growth, partnering with the Business Developer, and will be responsible for mentoring and developing the next generation of leaders within the organization.
