About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director to lead its 47-apartment assisted living community. The successful candidate will be a dynamic, compassionate, and experienced leader with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within senior housing or healthcare management. The Executive Director will be responsible for the overall management of the community, including operations, staffing, financials, resident satisfaction, regulatory compliance, marketing, and community activities. Key responsibilities for the role include overseeing all departments, fostering a supportive and team-oriented culture, championing a positive resident experience, and leading marketing and community outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as familiarity with Massachusetts assisted living regulations and a proven track record in financial management.
The role demands a leader who can motivate their team, ensure the highest quality of care and lifestyle enrichment for residents, and maintain a warm, family-oriented community. The Executive Director will also be involved in staff management, including recruitment, training, and development, and will be the point of contact for regulatory inspections and audits. Proficiency in operational software, scheduling, and email communication is required, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
