About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Director for its assisted living and memory care communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operations of the community, including clinical, financial, and service excellence. This role requires a proven leader with a track record in senior living or healthcare management, who can ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, drive occupancy and revenue growth, and create a culture where both residents and employees can thrive. Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring department heads, overseeing budgeting, staffing, and quality assurance processes, and representing the community with various stakeholders.

Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company's assisted living and memory care communities must have a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field, with a preference for those holding an LNHA or with eligibility. A minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in senior living, long-term care, or healthcare management is required, along with a demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and achieve operational goals.
