The Executive Assistant at Ping Identity provides high-level administrative support to executives and senior leadership. This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgment and maintain strict confidentiality. This individual plays a critical role in facilitating efficient communication, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of the executive office. This role requires to be onsite in Denver, CO. You Will: Act as a trusted partner and provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and senior leadership. Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle logistics for internal and external events. Proactively identify and prioritize time-sensitive matters, ensuring that executives are well-prepared and informed for meetings and appointments. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and directing inquiries, and providing timely and professional responses. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards. Assist in the preparation of materials for board meetings, executive presentations, and strategic initiatives. Conduct research, gather data, and provide analysis to support decision-making processes. Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and department heads to facilitate effective communication, information sharing, and coordination of projects. Anticipate needs and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, streamlining administrative tasks, and increasing efficiency. You Have: 5+ years of executive-level administrative support experience, in a fast-paced corporate environment. Experience supporting C-level executives. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy while handling multiple tasks. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in using productivity tools, including the Google Suite Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information. Proactive mindset with a problem-solving orientation and the ability to work independently. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with a diverse range of individuals. Salary Range: $105,000 - $132,000 In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
