Executive Assistant To The Chief Financial Officer And Chief Information Officer
The Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Information Officer (CIO) provides high-level administrative and operational support to both executives. This role is critical to enabling executive effectiveness across Finance and Technology, supporting governance and financial cycles, and ensuring seamless coordination of enterprise priorities. This position reports directly to the CFO and partners closely with the Chief of Staff for the CFO organization to align leadership initiatives, operating rhythms, and strategic priorities. The CFO will serve as the primary reporting leader and principal focus of day-to-day engagement, with dotted-line reporting to the CIO. Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, meetings, and priorities for the CFO and CIO, aligning schedules with governance, financial reporting, and strategic initiatives. Coordinate Board of Directors and Audit Committee logistics, including materials preparation and secure distribution. Support quarterly earnings preparation, budgeting, and forecasting cycles through meeting coordination and deadline tracking. Prepare Objective Key Results (OKRs) scoring template each quarter and follow up with department leaders for score updates. Prepare executive materials, presentations, communications, and meeting briefs. Track action items and follow-ups to ensure accountability and progress. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Legal, Technology, and business leadership. Manage domestic and international travel arrangements. Submit and reconcile executive expenses. Support executive town halls, offsites, and leadership meetings. Provide high-touch, in-office support in Denver, as needed. Qualifications
5+ years of experience supporting senior executives (VP+ or C-level preferred).
Experience supporting finance, technology, or public-company leadership strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience managing complex schedules and competing priorities.
Experience supporting board governance, audit processes, or earnings cycles preferred.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
High degree of professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
Strong judgment and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment. Location:

$80,000 USD in most U.S. locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including location, local market variance, and candidate experience and expertise.
