Base pay range $225,000.00/yr - $285,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Veritas Partners About the Role The Director of Enterprise Risk Management is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the Bank's ERM Program, reporting directly to the CRO. This position ensures the identification, measurement, monitoring, reporting, and prioritization of risks faced by the Bank. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of the ERM program, including but not limited to: Third party risk management Operational resiliency Physical security Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. Leverage deep subject matter expertise to drive management, organizational, engineering, and business improvement efforts. Adopt a strong results-oriented approach. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred 12 years in Enterprise Risk Management within the Financial Services industry 5 years as the senior leader of ERM in a $10 billion asset size publicly traded financial institution Ability to understand and manage complex business projects concurrently with a wide range of stakeholders Required Skills Strong leadership and communication skills Expertise in risk management frameworks Analytical and problem-solving abilities Preferred Skills Experience with regulatory compliance Familiarity with financial modeling and analysis Pay range and compensation package Competitive salary commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
