This position ensures the identification, measurement, monitoring, reporting, and prioritization of risks faced by the Bank. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of the ERM program, including but not limited to: Third party risk management Operational resiliency Physical security Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. Leverage deep subject matter expertise to drive management, organizational, engineering, and business improvement efforts. Adopt a strong results-oriented approach. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred 12+ years in Enterprise Risk Management within the Financial Services industry 5+ years as the senior leader of ERM in a $10+ billion asset size publicly traded financial institution Ability to understand and manage complex business projects concurrently with a wide range of stakeholders Required Skills Strong leadership and communication skills Expertise in risk management frameworks Analytical and problem-solving abilities Preferred Skills Experience with regulatory compliance Familiarity with financial modeling and analysis Pay range and compensation package Competitive salary commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
