Job Description:

St. Dominic Catholic School is accepting resumes for the position of School Enrollment Director. The candidate will be responsible for managing the enrolment process, from initial inquiry to student matriculation. The Director will work in conjunction with the Pastor, Principal and Business Manager. The role involves working closely with prospective families, maintaining enrollment records, and collaborating with school administration to ensure a seamless admission process. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic communicator with strong organizatinal skills as well as a passion for education and St. Dominic School.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the planning of recruitment and retention of students
• Set goals for student enrollment along with Pastor, Principal and Business Manager
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Answer and follow-up on all inquiry calls and emails
• Maintain enrollment and admissons database via the FACTS enrollment system
• Respond to all grant and financial aid questions and inquiries
• Provide proactive follow-up with unregistered students
• Schedule school tours, inteviews with prospective parents and plan open houses as well
• Prepare individual applicant folders for admissions/prospective parents
• Bilingual abilities preferred but not required
• Other duties as assigned by administration team
• Experience working in an elementary school setting
• Computer Proficiency - Word, Google, Excel
• Maintain confidentiality of student information and manage records in accordance with school ad regulatory requirements

Working Environment:

• The candidate typically works in an office setting but may require travel for recruitment events
• Occasional evening and weekend work may be required for events and meetings
