Description
The Division Sales Director is responsible for leading, supporting, directing, and controlling the sales across the organization. Must manage to sales budget and personnel plan monthly. Driving sales and execution in market by creating actionable plans, training and developing the sales force, and evaluating performance at every step. Excellent communication with GM, Office Manager, Operations Manager and JECO.
Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop the organization to ensure objectives are met or exceeded and that sales and distribution targets are flawlessly executed to standard Evaluate total market conditions, competitive threats, and changing local dynamics which may impact volume, share, profit, as well as other business metrics With the General Manager, define annual and monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) priorities, strategies, and goals for the Region by coordinating with cross functional departments, to ensure the attainment of volume and execution planning Spend time in the market monthly working side-by-side with Regional Sales Managers and Market Managers, providing training, feedback / coaching, and evaluating performance as well as market conditions. Complete bi-annual performance reviews with all direct reports, defining, outlining and supporting Development Plans Work collaboratively across the organization, leveraging the support and tools at your disposal while sharing best practices; act as a major contributor/leader among peer group Continually monitor and update brand sales in order to achieve goals set by RBNA Review and analyze route to market strategy driving efficiencies while maximizing case flow in market Maintain and develop relationship with RBNA counterparts to collaboratively approach market strategy Advise and train the retailers and their employees in the proper methods of selling, merchandising, and pricing of the products we supply to them Key Performance Indicator Metrics: Volume Plan Key 4 Growth WvC VIP Shelf Average, Cooler Penetration, %ABC volume on VIP, Compliance Total Market Chain Execution Distribution Detailed Responsibilities include and are not limited to: Planning- creating initiatives by territory, route and account Plan and help facilitate Trade Rides MPR Power Coach Sales Managers

Qualifications
