About the Hospital and Department: Well respected, growing non-profit community hospital that has served its community for over 50 years Hospital performs a variety of surgical services procedures including general, orthopedic, neuro, robotics, endoscopy, and urology Close knit culture and a stable leadership team focused on growth and innovation and providing the highest level of patient care to the community Qualifications & Requirements for Director, Surgical Services (RN) Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required / Master's degree preferred RN Active License CNOR preferred Minimum five (5) years of progressive surgical services/operating room leadership experience at Manager level or above in an inpatient surgical services/operating room setting Minimum five (5) years of Operating Room nursing experience is required Transformational and inspirational leadership style Should be able to identify growth opportunities, recruitment and retention strategies, build collaborative relationships with surgeons, and ensure the highest level of patient safety and quality
