Highlights/Benefits for Surgical Services Director (RN) Non profit, rural 80 bed community hospital near Fort Wayne, Indiana that has served its community for over 50 years The Surgical Services Director (RN) will manage the strategic direction of the department and be well supported by a Nurse Manager The Department performs over 4,000 annual procedures across general, orthopedic, urology, ENT, bariatrics, endoscopy, and robotics Position reports directly to a dynamic and collaborative Chief Nursing Officer COMPENSATION: Up to $130k base salary (dependent on experience), annual Director level bonus incentive up to 10%, and relocation assistance / sign on bonus are available to the successful candidate A generous compensation package will be provided including choice of Medical/Dental/Vision plans, 403b match, tuition reimbursement, short and long term disability, Paid Time Off (PTO), and much more!
