Job Description Danfoss is hiring for a Director, Supply Chain Medium Power BU at our Ames, IA facility.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for global supply chain performance for the Medium Power business unit across plants, improving on-time delivery while reducing lead times and inventory levels.

Continuous improvement and enhancement of the supply chain setup, processes, and systems.

Leverage data analytics and supply chain trends for strategic activities.

Coordinate with local Supply Chain organizations at the plant level.

Facilitate the SIOP process across plants.

Drive supply chain improvement activities at the Business Unit and Divisional levels.

Work with sales to ensure forecast accuracy.

Ensure internal alignment of supply chain processes across plants.

Use data analytics to identify trends and recommend strategic initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management.

Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing industries.

At least 3 years of experience in project and change management within operations, procurement, and supply chain environments.
