Job Responsibilities Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: Responsible for global supply chain performance for the Medium Power business unit across plants, improving on-time delivery while reducing lead times and inventory levels. Continuous improvement and enhancement of the supply chain setup, processes, and systems. Leveraging data analytics and supply chain trends to inform long-term strategic activities. Cooperate with local Supply Chain organizations at the plant level. Facilitate the SIOP process across plants. Drive supply chain improvement activities at the Business Unit and Divisional levels. Work closely with sales to ensure forecast accuracy. Ensure internal alignment of supply chain processes across plants. Use data analytics to identify trends and recommend strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses these skills: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical) or Supply Chain Management. At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing industries. At least 3 years of experience in project and change management within operations, procurement, and supply chain environments.
