Role title: Director, Strategic Accounts (National) • Reports to: Vice President, Business Development & Clinical Outreach • Location: Remote (with a focus across all Guidelight markets) • FLSA Status: Exempt

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire and expand partnerships with strategic accounts.
  • Design and implement referral pathways with health systems and large partners; collaborate with Admissions and Central Intake teams to maintain and improve these initiatives.
  • Analyze partnership data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Build and manage outbound referral systems to ensure Guidelight staff have seamless access to lower levels of care through partner agencies and organizations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams on demand-generation activities.
  • Represent Guidelight at key industry conferences and events.
  • Report regularly on progress, opportunities, and performance to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, national accounts, or healthcare system engagement.
  • Demonstrated success in developing referral partnerships with large healthcare systems.
  • Proven ability to create and execute strategic sales or partnership plans targeting health systems and large provider groups.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to engage and maintain relationships with senior leadership at health systems and large institutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
