Overview Haavia is seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Sourcing Management to lead global sourcing initiatives across direct and indirect procurement. This role is pivotal in shaping our cost roadmap, supplier relationships, and operational efficiency in semiconductor packaging and tooling.

Base pay range $183,365.00/yr - $263,639.00/yr Additional compensation Annual Bonus and Commission Responsibilities Sourcing experience within the semiconductor sector a must have . Develop and execute sourcing strategies for OSAT , assembly, lead frame, mold compound, and tooling vendors Negotiate pricing and contracts to meet or exceed cost roadmap targets Collaborate with our engineers and suppliers to drive cost reduction through value engineering Own and maintain a comprehensive cost roadmap database covering fab, test, logistics, and warehousing Support financial modeling for new product development and NPI supplier evaluation Manage RFQs, design rule confirmations, and supplier onboarding for NPI Lead quarterly business reviews with fabs and assembly suppliers Oversee all administrative aspects of the sourcing function What You Bring Extensive experience in semiconductor package design and assembly Proven success in sourcing and procurement leadership roles Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially at the executive level Experience conducting business across Asia High analytical capability and business acumen Ability to manage complex supplier relationships and drive strategic outcomes Preferred Qualifications BS or MS in Materials Science, Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering MBA, CPSM, or other procurement certifications are a huge plus Benefits and compensation notes Join and lead sourcing strategies that power innovation across industries.
