The Director is responsible for the effective implementation of the case management program at the hospital level, encompassing care facilitation, utilization management, case management, and discharge planning. Minimum Qualifications: Education: ? Must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program. ? A diploma in Nursing with 2-3 years of management experience is the minimum requirement; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree is preferred. Experience: ?
