Job Summary: The Director, Product Strategy is a key position responsible for the day-to-day advocacy, management, and performance of the Blue Rabbit platform. The Director, Product Strategy has responsibilities to coordinate across key functions to define strategy, prioritization and management of the Blue Rabbit platform roadmap including feature/functionality, new capabilities, platform enrollment and utilization, pricing model, manufacturer partnerships, marketing programs, and overall sponsorship of key initiatives to deliver on our goals. This leadership is the chief advocate for our customers, our clients, and our manufacturer partners. Key to the success of this role will be to forge strong partnerships with members of the executive and leadership teams across Wedgewood to clarify roles and responsibilities in a complex matrix organization. This role will work collaboratively with colleagues in finance, people success, legal, operations, regulatory, sales, marketing, product technology and other disciplines to design and develop products and services that support greater practice engagement and client utilization. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following: Lead Product Strategy to clarify key priorities, achieve stakeholder alignment and business case definition. Create and maintain process to intake and prioritize customer, client and partner feedback and integrate with product roadmap. Own delivery of major cross-functional projects including kick off, alignment of scope, working team, establish working cadence, reporting of results. Support advancement of key partnerships, including establishing framework to prioritize partnerships to pursue, create materials for prep calls, assist with scheduling and follow up, collaborate with finance to establish financial model, translate partnership agreement to project and ensure implementation. Evaluate growth options , assess new opportunities, and identify bottlenecks. Ensure the creation of cohesive positioning and communication frameworks that align with Blue Rabbit brand, and Wedgewood’s portfolio of brands, to achieve corporate objectives and ensures a professional external presentation of our combined value proposition. Create a culture of success, obsession with goal achievement. Create and communicate business updates and performance to key stakeholders, including the management team, and other appropriate stakeholders including corporate presentation materials, and opportunity assessment. Help manage corporate customer relationships and strategic partnerships at every step of the sales process and subsequent account management steps. Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Qualifications: Education and/or experience Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. 5+ years in consumer software, in a dynamic and highly competitive environment 5+ years in B2C, with B2B experience as well Driving and achieving/exceeding targets Competencies (skills and abilities) Superb analytical skills Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Excellent presentation skills Passionate customer advocacy Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product, and service management Deep understanding of changing market dynamics Entrepreneurial spirit Hands on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, SalesForce, etc. In-depth knowledge of market research and data analysis methods Develop effective relationships internally withing the business as well as externally. Excellent organizational and time management skills Understanding of different business disciplines (IT, finance etc.) Physical Requirements (if applicable): Possess the ability to fulfill any office activities normally expected in an office setting, to include, but not limited to remaining seated for periods of time to perform computer-based work, participating in filing activity, lifting, and carrying office supplies (paper reams, mail, etc.). While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen. Fine hand manipulation (keyboarding). The noise level in the work area is normally quiet to moderate. Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
