Industry Information Technology and Services Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Director of Product Strategy to lead the innovative development of its state-of-the-art cross-chain wallet and DeFi ecosystem. This key position involves crafting and owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap necessary for facilitating seamless peer-to-peer trading across diverse blockchains. The ideal candidate will engage in thorough market, user, and competitor analysis to uncover significant feature opportunities and address user pain points effectively. You will be instrumental in translating the product vision into concrete specifications, user stories, and success metrics, collaborating closely with a remote engineering team to ensure the delivery of outstanding user experiences. Key responsibilities include balancing the principles of decentralization with compliance and regulatory requirements, while continuously monitoring competitive dynamics and advancements in the DeFi landscape. Applicants for the Director of Product Strategy role should have a minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to crypto or blockchain products. A strong record in building and scaling consumer-facing crypto applications, especially wallets, DEXs, and DeFi applications, is crucial. The preferred candidate will have a deep understanding of blockchain architectures, smart contracts, non-custodial systems, and DeFi mechanics. Knowledge of atomic swaps, HTLCs, and decentralized architectures is essential, along with experience working in remote-first environments, strong stakeholder management skills, and an analytical, data-driven approach to decision-making. A technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience is required, ideally with familiarity in DEXs, multi-coin wallets, cross-chain protocols, or atomic swap technology, alongside an understanding of regulatory frameworks pertinent to the crypto space.
