Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Centennial, Colorado, with additional facilities in Tennessee and Ohio, Beehive focuses on additive manufacturing to meet the needs of unmanned aerial defense, improving speed to market, fuel efficiency, and cost. The role is based at our Englewood, Colorado or Loveland, Ohio facility.
Overview The Director, Product Management will oversee propulsion programs and serve as the primary contact with customers, requiring a deep understanding of DoD practices and program requirements.
Duties
Collaborate with customers, leadership, technical, and operations teams to ensure program success and future opportunities.
Lead the team to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals, and grow the propulsion business.
Develop a high-performing product management team.
Influence product management practices across projects.
Drive department initiatives to enhance technical capabilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Over 10 years in DoD acquisition, with familiarity in propulsion systems preferred.
Minimum 5 years in leadership roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Military veterans are preferred.

Pay Range $176,765 - $287,327 USD annually (US National)
