Role Overview Position: Director, Product Management The Director, Product Management will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operational aspects of ongoing propulsion programs and serve as Beehive's primary point of contact with the customer. The successful candidate must have a deep understanding of DoD business practices and program requirements. Duties Ensure Beehive technology development programs deliver on requirements, cost, and schedule Interface and collaborate effectively with external customers, senior leaders, technical teams, and operations teams to ensure overall program success and drive future business opportunities Work with leaders to influence how product management should be implemented on current and future projects. Support continuous improvement of program management processes and tools. Lead key department-wide initiatives, working with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance the organization's technical capabilities Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 10+ years of DoD acquisition experience; familiarity with propulsion systems or applications for propulsion systems is strongly desired 3+ years leading complex programs with responsibility for team leadership Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams Military veterans preferred Application Process If this opportunity excites you, please submit your resume.
