We’re looking for a highly motivated Director of Product Management to join our growing Auto team. In this position, you will take a leadership role in working with a world leading automaker in shaping the future of connected car. You will define, build and launch new connected car solutions that leverage our navigation assets and encompass both mobile and in-car experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with a world leading auto maker to define, develop and deliver connected car products
• Identify unmet user & auto OEM needs to develop new connected car products
• Hire, mentor and lead product managers on your team
• Manage the entire product life cycle from product vision & roadmap to implementation and launch
• Work with Engineering, UX, Business Development, Marketing and legal to bring to market those solutions
• Support business development in the pre-sales and customer management activities

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• 7 or more years of relevant product management experience with a track record of successful software product deliveries including both consumer and enterprise products
• Demonstrated team management skills
• Demonstrated leadership ability with collaboration and influencing skills
• Exceptional communication skills, including presentation, formal writing, verbal and email
• You are passionate about customer experience, with a track record of delivering “Wow-experiences,” for customers
• A thought leader who can clearly articulate vision and objectives and mobilize cross-functional teams to deliver against those objectives
• A hands-on leader who demonstrates attention to detail and the ability & willingness to get your hands dirty
• A passion for the automotive industry
