What You'll Be Doing: Direct global talent management processes and programs to drive organizational success Lead recruiting and learning & development teams in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent Build and execute strategies for succession planning and leadership development Partner with senior leaders to evaluate and enhance organizational talent practices Guide change management initiatives for talent management programs Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on culture and workforce strategy Lead a team of professionals delivering thought leadership across the business What You'll Need to Be Considered: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred) Deep expertise in organizational and talent development strategies Strong influencing skills to impact decisions across senior leadership levels Ability to design and implement global succession planning and talent transformation initiatives Demonstrated experience leading teams in fast-paced, global environments
