In this role, you will utilize your expertise in design thinking, facilitation, research, and strategy to craft interconnected, customer-centric strategies that truly resonate. Key Responsibilities: Experience Design Strategy and Planning (50%): Continuously monitor customer experience KPIs and metrics to ensure initiatives deliver real value. Design comprehensive end-to-end experience strategies based on data and evidence. Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to envision the ideal holistic experience for our customers and outline the path to achieving it. Influence (30%): Conduct competitive research and analysis to derive insights into customer preferences. Use storytelling to effectively communicate the narratives that can shape organizational mindsets and improve business outcomes. Leadership and Development (20%): Mentor and develop a team of experience design leaders to enhance user experience capabilities. Attract, retain, and motivate design talent while providing strong strategic direction for your team. Travel Requirements: This position may require overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time. Physical and Working Conditions: The role involves primarily sitting in a comfortable indoor environment, with occasional light lifting and movement. Minimum Qualifications: Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications: Strong communication and relationship-building skills with leaders at all levels. Experience in shaping and guiding end-to-end customer journey improvements. Ability to convey the value of user experience design effectively. Familiarity with fast-paced agile environments. Education: High school diploma or GED required. Minimum Work Experience: 10 years preferred, with no additional years required. Leadership Experience: None required, but any preferred experience is a plus.
