Job Responsibilities:
Build and maintain long-term client partnerships to generate referrals and expand market opportunities
Leverage industry relationships and technical expertise to win profitable work
Present complex technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Develop proposals and technical documentation that convey business value and solution details
Offer innovative, compliant solutions tailored to customer needs across modular product offerings
Requirements:
Exhibit strong relationship-building and networking skills across in-person and online channels
Apply deep knowledge of data center infrastructure, modular construction, and energy-efficient technologies
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and creative thinking in solution development
Write and develop proposals with clarity and precision, addressing both technical and business aspects
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt communication to diverse audiences
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
10+ years of experience in technical sales, business development, or pre-sales
Show familiarity with modular construction and mission-critical infrastructure
Understand industry standards such as Tier ratings and Uptime Institute guidelines
Communicate effectively and present technical solutions with clarity and confidence
