What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute creative sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share

• Cultivate relationships with key corporate and travel partners

• Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team

• Analyze trends, forecast demand, and identify growth opportunities

• Represent the Tulsa Club brand with energy, integrity, and vision

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Director of Sales in a full-service and/or luxury hotel.

• Strong market knowledge and ability to build lasting client relationships

• A results-driven mindset paired with strong communication and leadership skills

• Familiarity with Hilton systems is a PLUS!
