Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns and packages. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed. Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance team skills. Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Skills And Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
