Industry Building Materials Type Privately Held About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to spearhead and expand our commercial strategy. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving significant revenue growth, crafting innovative go-to-market plans, and solidifying our position as a leader in the building materials and digital solutions sectors. Key responsibilities include: Defining and executing a robust commercial strategy to achieve ambitious sales targets. Leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team. Collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure product-market fit and customer success. Driving enterprise business development and building strong relationships with large enterprise customers. Expanding our reach into international markets. We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in enterprise sales and commercial leadership. Experience in both digital/SaaS and building materials industries is highly preferred. Strong communication skills, technical sales expertise, and a background in B2B enterprise sales, product launches, and international sales operations are essential. This role demands a candidate who can leverage digital fluency to enhance sales credibility across diverse sectors while actively exploring new opportunities in B2B, IoT, SaaS, and the construction/logistics domains. While certifications in sales leadership, digital or SaaS-related credentials, and project management or strategy are not mandatory, they are considered advantageous.
