Job Responsibilities
: Lead a team of Sales account managers responsible for OEM accounts.
Business and sales development to meet profitable growth aspirations.
Defining vision, developing, and executing strategies for key accounts globally
Own and drive financial performance, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met.
Lead a high-performing team, including Account Managers as direct reports, and provide informal leadership across regions to drive key account strategies.
Exploring avenues to enhance value for the customers and improve the financials
Build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally, fostering partnerships that drive Danfoss Power Solutions’ success.
Manage day-to-day operations while executing transformational initiatives to drive innovation and change.
Expect to travel approximately 10-30%. Mainly domestic but could include international as required

10 years of job related and previous management experience
Strong background in sales, marketing, and operations within a large organization
Desired Skills and Attributes: Master’s in business administration / Data Analytics / Finance is an added advantage
Industry work experience of approximately 15 years. Proximity to the hydraulics industry will be an added advantage
Commercial and technical experience working closely with big and mid-size OEM’s.
