Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ
Salary Range: $175,000 – $275,000

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and results-driven sales leader to oversee our sales team and drive continued revenue growth. This role requires experience leading teams of 10+ , proven success in scaling revenue year over year , and the ability to execute KPIs with accountability and precision . The VP of Sales will play a critical role in shaping client relationships, expanding market share, and driving business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team of 10+ professionals
Develop and execute strategies to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
Establish, track, and ensure accountability for KPIs across the team
Build and strengthen long-term client relationships to maximize business opportunities
Partner with leadership to expand into new markets and channels
Drive a culture of performance, ownership, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
5-10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience
Proven track record of scaling annual revenue in building materials or related industries
Strong background in team leadership, KPI execution, and performance accountability
Excellent business development and client relationship management skills
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
Must-Haves
Experience leading a sales team of 10+ with direct accountability
Demonstrated ability to scale revenue year over year
Strong KPI-driven leadership style with proven results
Background in building materials, construction products, or related industry sales
Track record of driving client acquisition and retention at a large revenue scale
