We are growing fast and looking for a polished and highly skilled Director of Sales to join our team and drive sales at our newest location. Catering experience is highly desirable and someone that has prior experience working with Fortune 500 companies and other large firms is preferred. Director of Sales Responsibilities:
Responsible for oversight of two to three direct reports and working closely with the VP of Sales. Seamless coordination of all events liaising with the Operations Team and personally attending them. Facilitate an unparalleled guest experience through personal interaction, effective delegation, and follow thru. Uphold the brand standards and role model in all instances. Director of Sales Qualifications: Demonstrated previous experience generating $1.0 million-plus in annualized sales individually. Subject matter expert who understands the operational nuances involved and provides support and feedback. Willing and able to roll up their sleeves and be in the trenches as necessary. Fluent in providing guidance and oversight to 2 to 3 direct reports with a victor mindset and a team-first philosophy. Director of Sales Benefits: Base salary of $85-$95K Medical, dental, and vision with coverage kicking in within 30 days of start. Lucrative commission program for events booked, Unbridled growth potential as we open up other locations.
