Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Preconstruction located in Nashville, TN. The Director of Preconstruction will oversee the preconstruction phase of building projects, including design management, budgeting, proposal writing, and project management. The role includes leading a team, coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring accurate cost estimates, and utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) to optimize project planning. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for developing timelines, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Qualifications Skills in Design Management and Building Information Modeling (BIM) Experience in Budgeting and Proposal Writing Proficiency in Project Management Excellent leadership and team management abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site in Nashville, TN Experience in Healthcare facitilites. Experience in the construction or building industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
