The Director of Pharmacy insures the quality of care provided to all patients by the clarification and understanding of the responsibilities of all members of the Pharmacy Department. Plan, organizes, supervises, and as necessary assist Pharmacists in providing acceptable Pharmacy service to all patient s treated. Is responsible for all activities related to the accomplishment of appropriate Pharmacy Service for patient and physicians. the Pharmacy Director also serves as Team Leader for the Patient Safety/Medication Safety Team.
