ATTRACTIVE FACTORS Gym membership reimbursement Daily meals and fully stocked kitchen Exceptional opportunity for personal and professional growth Exposure to the elite VIPs in Finance, Venture Capital, Technology, International and Domestic government spaces Multi-billion-dollar office RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and manage recruiting strategy and processes, including sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and hiring Manage and execute the onboarding and orientation process for new hires, as well as termination procedures, which includes the implementation and maintenance of HRIS tracking/databases Maintain a healthy work environment and company culture, as well as keeping morale high by planning activities in and out of the office Work at the direction of the COO, CFO, and General Counsel to execute company strategies and organizational developments Oversee the day-to-day operations of a very dynamic and fast-paced office environment Lead a highly effective office support team by hiring, training, and overseeing administration Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information, financial documents, personnel records, and personal matters Manage record-keeping and reporting through Zenefits/Microsoft Office Suite QUALIFICATIONS Demonstrate composure, tact, and flexibility, regardless of competing priorities Ability to maintain the highest standard of confidentiality Detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs and propose/execute solutions A strong work ethic: “No task is too big or small” Proficient in both Google Platform and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Asana a plus. Experience in venture, startups, or family office a plus University graduate Previously worked as part of a team Comfortable with asking questions Proficient in managing others, and especially managing external/vendor relationships
