Location: Remote or NYC /NJ Area (Preferred) Department: Sales & Business Development Position Overview: The Director of Partnerships is responsible for identifying, building, and managing partnerships that accelerate revenue growth, enhance our market presence, and expand our ecosystem of technology and service collaborators.
This role will focus on alliances with technology providers, resellers, consulting firms, and industry organizations, ensuring that Fusemachines is positioned as a preferred AI and technology partner in key verticals. This role will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, services and legal teams to create joint go-to-market strategies, co-sell motions, and scalable partnership models that accelerate growth. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in partner management, business development, and relationship building in a high-growth technology-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:
1.
Partnership Strategy & Growth Develop and execute a partnership strategy aligned with the company’s overall revenue and market expansion goals. Identify new partnership opportunities, including technology alliances, system integrators, resellers, and industry associations. Drive co-selling and co-marketing initiatives with partners to generate revenue and brand visibility. Create partnership frameworks that define benefits, responsibilities, and mutual growth plans.    2. Relationship Management & Enablement Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders at all levels, including executives. Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring alignment on objectives and joint initiatives. Provide partners with sales enablement, training, and marketing resources to maximize collaboration success. Facilitate regular partnership business reviews to measure results, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.  3. Revenue Generation & Market Expansion Develop joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies with partners to penetrate target verticals  Drive partner-influenced and partner-sourced revenue by creating win-win deals. Identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell through the partner ecosystem.  Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner summits for branding and lead generation 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams to align partnership efforts with internal initiatives. Work closely with Marketing to execute joint campaigns, webinars, and event sponsorships. Partner with Product teams to explore co-innovation and technology integration opportunities.   5. Reporting & Performance Optimization Define KPIs and success metrics for each partnership and monitor performance against revenue and growth goals. Maintain accurate partnership pipeline and activity reporting using CRM and analytics tools. Continuously evaluate partnership ROI and adjust strategies for maximum impact. Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 8+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development in B2B SaaS, AI/ML, or enterprise technology services with 3+ years in a leadership role Proven track record in establishing and managing technology partnerships that drive measurable revenue.
Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and deal-structuring skills. Experience with co-selling, co-marketing, and joint go-to-market execution. Exceptional relationship management, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-level executives. Global or multi-region partnership experience is a strong plus. Languages:
