Relocation Assistance to Alaska Director of Operations – Requirements & Qualifications: 7–10 years of multi-unit operations leadership in the restaurant industry

Experience across both fast-casual and casual dining segments

Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis

Demonstrated success leading teams and developing talent

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Proven ability to drive consistency, improve efficiencies, and exceed performance metrics Must Haves: Lead and support General Managers across multiple units

Monitor performance metrics and take action to ensure locations meet/exceed goals

Oversee and optimize daily operations to align with brand standards

Recruit, coach, and retain high-performing leadership teams

Create and implement SOPs, systems, and best practices to streamline operations

Partner with senior leadership on strategic growth and market expansion

Background in both corporate and franchised restaurant environments is a plus
