Join a growing, high-performing restaurant group based in Anchorage, Alaska.

We operate a mix of full-service and fast-casual concepts. Were looking for aDirector of Operationswho can lead 1015 locations, elevate leadership, and drive performance across the portfolio.

What Youll Do:

Oversee multiple brands: full-service and fast-casual units
Manage and mentor General Managers and an existing Area Manager
Deliver operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and financial results
Lead growth and development of new locations (35 new builds planned)
Champion team development, accountability, and guest experience

Who You Are:

A proven multi-unit leader (Director or high-performing Area Manager)
Experienced in bothfull-serviceandfast casualoperations
A strong operator and people leader who doesnt need babysitting
Comfortable living in (or relocating to)Anchorage, Alaska
Values quality, guest experience, and long-term team development

What Youll Get:

$140K - $150K base salary
$25K$50K bonus, guaranteed first year
