Director of Restaurant Operations - Anchorage, Alaska Join a growing, high-performing restaurant group based in Anchorage, Alaska. We operate a mix of full-service and fast-casual concepts. We're looking for a Director of Operations who can lead 10-15 locations, elevate leadership, and drive performance across the portfolio. What You'll Do: Oversee multiple brands: full-service and fast-casual units Manage and mentor General Managers and an existing Area Manager Deliver operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and financial results Lead growth and development of new locations (3-5 new builds planned) Champion team development, accountability, and guest experience Who You Are: A proven multi-unit leader (Director or high-performing Area Manager) Experienced in both full-service and fast casual operations A strong operator and people leader who doesn't need babysitting Comfortable living in (or relocating to) Anchorage, Alaska Values quality, guest experience, and long-term team development What You'll Get: $140K - $150K base salary $25K-$50K bonus , guaranteed first year Car allowance Health insurance Meal perks and autonomy Incredible lifestyle in one of the most beautiful states in the country This is a rare opportunity to live in a dynamic, outdoorsy environment and lead a tight-knit team for an operator who truly values people over politics .
