We are partnering with a rapidly expanding dairy manufacturing company on a confidential search for a  Director of Operations . This company has been in business for over 50 years, and they are looking for someone to contribute to their success.

What they’re looking for: · 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a multi-site leadership role. · Strong background in plant management, preferably in the food or dairy industry. · Demonstrated success managing capital projects, including equipment installation and facility upgrades · Mechanical aptitude and ability to quickly understand plant-specific machinery and processes · Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills · Ability to travel regularly between facilities in Illinois and Wisconsin

Preferred Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Food Science, or a related field · Experience managing large scale operations and teams. · Familiarity with SQF, HACCP, and other food safety/quality systems, and manufacturing processes (lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies).
