Sr Director of Stadium Operations

Overview Sr Director of Stadium Operations at Denver Summit FC. This role oversees many aspects of event management including Guest Services, Conversion, Housekeeping, Parking/Transportation/Mobility, and general logistics for Denver Summit FC owned and operated properties and events. Responsibilities Create a hiring/onboarding plan for Stadium Operations staff, including interviewing, hiring, and training of the Operations team and full-time positions such as Director of Guest Services and Manager of Event Services. Participate in development and administration of Temporary Stadium, CommonSpirit Performance Center, and Permanent Stadium operations and capital budgets; forecast staffing, equipment, materials, and supplies; monitor and approve expenditures; implement adjustments as necessary. Create, manage, and adhere to an annual operating budget. Develop and update policies/procedures, A-Z Guides, and FAQs for all venues under Denver Summit FC control. Conduct organizational and operational studies; recommend modifications to programs, policies, staffing levels, and procedures as needed. Support Opening Plans for Temporary Stadium, CommonSpirit Performance Center, and Permanent Stadium, including FFE procurement/assignment, staffing, trainings, and vendor onboarding. Collaborate with the Stadium GM on plans, procurement, VE studies, and exposures related to opening and operating the Permanent Stadium; coordinate with Facilities to maintain facility registers and an Annual Preventative Maintenance Plan; assist with Sustainability Planning. Develop policies and procedures for event days and non-event days. Oversee event day operations including Guest Services, Housekeeping, Parking/Transportation, and Conversion; manage offsite parking alliances and partnerships with local businesses, RTD, mobility solutions, and TNCs. Responsible for event permitting (e.g., Special Events, Public Assembly, Pyro/Flame, Sound Impact, Outdoor Music Venue). Maintain signage inventory for all venues under Denver Summit FC control; facilitate weekly meetings for Match Day and event preparation with multiple departments. Ensure adherence to NWSL rules and regulations related to event operations, match day experience, safety, and security; compile annual achievements to inform the Strategic Plan. Work with Operations team to track and document events and projects throughout the year. Notes: This description is a summary and not all-inclusive.
