As the RN Regional Director of Operations, you will lead operations at the Fort Collins, CO and Denver, CO branches. You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage resources, and be a champion for the organization's mission. In This Role, You Will

Lead Operations: Oversee branch operations with a focus on delivering safe, effective, and family-centered pediatric care. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and alignment with clinical best practices. Drive Quality Improvement: Monitor and improve clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and adherence to care plans. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement evidence-based practices. Support Financial Health: Collaborate on budget planning and monitor performance metrics to ensure efficient resource utilization without compromising care quality. Build and Develop High-Performing Teams: Lead efforts in hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management of clinical and administrative staff. Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and compassion. Foster Collaboration: Act as a key liaison to internal and external stakeholders including staff, leadership, governing board, referral sources, state policymakers, professional advisory groups, clients, families, and other community partners. Advance the Mission: Represent the organization through community engagement, advocacy, and educational efforts that elevate awareness of pediatric home health services.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) required Degree from an accredited school of nursing 2+ years supervisory/leadership experience

Location and Travel Requirements

This is an on-site position supporting the Denver, CO and Fort Collins, CO branches (primary office can be at Denver). This role requires regular partial to full day travel regionally, as well as occasional travel to other branch/office locations.

Compensation

The anticipated salary range is $90,000 – $110,000 annually.
