Title of Position: Director of Operations

Job Description: As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for frequent site visits to ensure all operational standards are met or exceeded, and guarantee proper execution of all brand standards. You will oversee the successful rollout of new products and promotions to meet sales targets, while ensuring all facilities and equipment are maintained to company standards. In this role, you will direct leadership and coaching to a team of Area/District Managers, partnering with them to ensure all locations are fully staffed with qualified talent. The Director of Operations is to champion talent development by ensuring that training and certification programs are established and achieved, conducting performance appraisals, and fostering a positive work environment. You will monitor and analyze the cost of sales, labor, and other controllable expenses to meet the budget, coaching field leadership to implement corrective actions to improve financial performance. The Director of Operations will also ensure all units operate safely and securely, upholding compliance with all HR policies and legal regulations. This includes leading regular meetings with Area/District Managers, delivering presentations, and managing capital expenditure (CAPEX) requests for the region.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of five years of multi-unit food service or retail operations experience at a District Manager level or equivalent.

· Proven ability to lead, develop, and mentor a team of managers.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

· Excellent financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L statements.

· Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

· A valid Driver’s License and reliable personal vehicle are required.
