Your Role: Director of Operations: Be the architect of the company’s operational engine. Build systems, remove bottlenecks, and lead with emotional intelligence while driving high-performance execution across sales, marketing, client service, and fulfillment.
Core Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across departments, ensuring alignment, communication, and execution.
Integrate AI-powered tools and automation (CRM, task flows, reporting dashboards) to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
Create and refine SOPs, workflows, and internal documentation for clarity and consistency.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs); own operational data integrity.
Lead onboarding, team accountability, and culture alignment in collaboration with department leads.
Manage third-party vendors and systems partners, overseeing special projects such as tool implementation or system migrations.
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and solve them before they slow things down.
Collaborate with executive leadership on short- and long-term strategic priorities.
What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of experience in operations leadership, business management, or systems optimization, ideally within high-growth real estate, proptech, or professional service firms.
Proven experience with AI or automation tools that support CRM, scheduling, workflows, reporting, or cross-functional collaboration.
Systems-minded: You think in processes and love building order.
Calm, clear communicator who builds alignment and leads with authenticity.
You’re as comfortable rolling up your sleeves as you are building the big-picture roadmap.
