Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership & Oversight · Oversee the quality and delivery of patient care within our home health program. · Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and ensure effective coordination and supervision of clinical services. · Deliver direct patient care as needed, including infusions, assessments, and fill-ins during staff absences. Team Management & Development · Supervise, coach, and evaluate nursing staff — empowering them to excel in delivering compassionate care. · Conduct ongoing competency reviews, performance evaluations, and in-service training programs. · Lead clinical orientations for new hires and ensure completion of competency requirements. Program Growth & Innovation · Actively participate in expanding and enhancing our hospital-at-home program. · Collaborate with internal leadership and community partners to promote referrals and strengthen relationships. · Represent BrightStar Care during Joint Commission surveys and help maintain accreditation standards. Regulatory & Quality Compliance · Review documentation, progress notes, and clinical summaries for accuracy and compliance. · Maintain thorough clinical records and audit reports. · Ensure alignment with BrightStar Care’s promise: A Higher Standard of Care. ---
