What You’ll Do
Tell the Story (Everywhere): Our shirts have soul. You’ll make sure that soul shows up across every channel—from emails and ads to in-store and events. You’ll know how to adapt the story to fit the medium without losing the thread.
Keep Us Fresh: You’ll spot the cultural currents worth riding (and the ones best left behind). From style trends to digital shifts, you’ll make sure Criquet stays relevant without chasing fads.
Test, Learn, Repeat: You’ll bring a scientific streak to the creative game— scaling current channels, testing into new ones, tracking effectiveness, and making sure we’re spending time and dollars where they matter most.
Product First: Collars, plackets, and perfectly soft fabrics aren’t just details—they’re differentiators. You’ll craft positioning that makes our product impossible to ignore.
Lead the Crew: Guide and inspire a team of marketers and creatives, fostering bold ideas and new formats while keeping execution tight and effective.
Play Nice (and Smart): Collaborate across Marketing, Product, Wholesale, Finance and CX to ensure campaigns feel seamless—and deliver results worth bragging about.
Mind the Scoreboard: Budget wisely, allocate resources across channels, and measure success with both numbers and gut. (Because in marketing, both matter.)
What We’re Looking For
8+ years in consumer marketing (bonus points if you’ve led marketing in apparel or lifestyle)
3+ years leading teams, setting vision and measuring results
Proven record of multi-channel campaigns that drove sales, built brand love, and broke through the clutter
Experience testing into new platforms and measuring what sticks—and knowing when to double down or walk away
Strong knowledge of digital and social landscapes (plus offline channels)
Comfort building partnerships with influencers, brands, and collaborators to scale our reach
A passion for men’s style, vintage inspiration, and that Criquet intersection of sport, culture, and everyday life
An “art + science” mindset—balancing data with creative vision
Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional projects without breaking a sweat
